On average, traditional brokers charge a 6% commission to list your home. Assuming you home is worth $500,000 that means you’ll pay $30,000. With Felix Flat Fee, you’ll pay $3,500 plus the buyer’s agent commission which is typically 3%. That means you’ll save $11,500!
