I think you are going to want to live here. We renovated/updated this home and held nothing back. We started with LVT in the busy areas of the home but for the bedrooms, we added new carpet for comfort. Of course, we painted walls, trim and ceilings. They installed all new cabinetry with quarts countertops, deep farm style SS sink and even added an island with a wine/beverage cooler matched with new range, microwave and dishwasher. Not only is all the lighting new, we added recessed lighting in the Great Room and added an electronic fireplace to make that room POP. Both baths were treated the same way with all new cabinets and plumbing hardware. Moving outside, we have a 47 x 6 (282 sf) of covered front porch. Brand new HVAC and a a private 16x12 deck that overlooks the wooded back lot. Plenty of exterior storage rounds off this remarkable home that we are proud to offer up for sale.
