Selling a home is an arduous process, but with Tyler his goal was to make it as easy on me as a possible. He went through great lengths when other life issues were interfering with my ability to comply with mandatory closing protocols, absorbing the impact to eliminate any additional burden on me.

This was my first experience selling a property, and I will say I am now sufficiently spoiled. Should I ever purchase again, I can only hope that Tyler is licensed in the nation I move to🤣🥰

1st Home Purchase 2020: Tyler and the Felix homes team give you more than what you pay for. That statement is normally way to good to be true. We will never buy a home any other way and would not recommend the "traditional" Real Estate Agent route to anyone. Our agent was more responsive and seemed to work around the clock to meet our needs.

I spoke with several realtors (both traditional and low commission) before hiring Tyler.

He stood out by being the only low commission realtor who 1) was willing to also reduce his commission on the buy side as well and 2) being open to my opinion on list price. His list price estimate was within $5K of another traditional realtor’s estimate. He was nice enough to let me gamble by listing at a higher price than he thought we could get and didn’t berate me like some of the other low commission realtors. We ended up getting an offer and closing at the price I wanted breaking previous neighborhood records. Tyler’s knowledge of the market allowed me to reduce the buyer’s commission further by 0.5% than what I thought was market saving me money. Also, with all the back and forth that happened towards the end of the closing with moving closing dates and other hiccups, I was glad to have Tyler as my agent because he is polite and can maintain his composure. If I had gone it alone, I may have ended up killing the deal at the 11th hour. Because Tyler has so many deals in the market, he has his finger on the pulse of the market better than some of the traditional realtors. I hired him because his sense of market matched other publications such as Redfin market report while traditional realtors seemed to be describing market as it was 60-90 days ago. The market changed quickly so it was import to have a knowledgeable professional by my side. Tyler was nice enough to also host an open house.

Felix Homes is the only way a Nashvillian should sell their home!

We listed our house in Antioch with Felix Homes as I was very much against paying a commission that would give an agent the kind of check that would take equity that I spent years working for. I mean really... It's Nashville! One of many cities where an agent who doesn't waste a clients time can make thousands for just a few hours of work. A six percent commission has become a really unfair deal for a seller of a $300k + home that sells before any real marketing budget gets spent. Tyler was the answer. His commission at 1% is what it should be per company involved in any one transaction. He always answered the phone when I called and had an answer for everything I asked. Our house was sold in two weeks and I will say that the only thing that annoyed me about the entire deal was the buyer's agent getting 2.5%. Far too much for less than 10 hours of work.

I sent two of my costumers to him who mentioned they wanted to sell. Both happened while mine was waiting to close and both went under contract quickly. Felix Homes is the only way a Nashvillian should sell their home. High commissions no longer make wise business sense.
